摘要
高校流浪动物管理是高校管理的薄弱环节,尚未有很好的解决方案。为帮助高校实现科学、有效和可持续的流浪动物管理,结合移动互联网技术,提出了流浪动物管理的数字化解决方案,构建了流浪动物集中管理的数字化平台,通过设计一款多功能公益型APP,实现了以动物管理、园区运营、公益科普等内容的高效管理,在保障校园安全、人文教育和动物福利的前提下,实现了高校人文和动物保护的协同共赢。
The management of stray animals is a weak link in institutions of higher education,without any good solutions.In order to help the institutions to manage stray animals in a scientific,effective and sustainable manner,a digital solution was proposed by combining mobile internet technology,and a digital platform for centralized management was constructed to effectively manage such animals,campus operation,public science popularization and other issues through a multi-functional public APP,a collaborative and win-win situation between humanities and animal protection was achieved in the institutions on the conditions of safeguarding campus safety,humanistic education and animal welfare.
