摘要
在全球教育发展面临新形势和新要求的背景下,“中国大学全球影响指数2022”从大学的职能发挥、类型差异、所在区域、数字化转型四个方面来观察我国大学的全球影响,并以此为基础形成评价指标体系。该指标体系具体包括教学科研全球影响、师生全球影响、国际交流与合作全球影响、社会服务全球影响4个一级指标,教学、科研、教师、学生、国际交流与合作、国际来访与接待、国际发展与参与7个二级指标,以及全外语授课课程数量、国际认证专业数量和国际智库数量等52个三级指标。随着教育数字化战略的实施和信息技术的快速发展,数字化转型已成为后疫情时代推动高校国际交流与合作的重要驱动力。构建完善的数字化教育生态对于提升高校的全球影响具有至关重要的意义。
Against the backdrop of new situations and demands in educational development worldwide,the“China University Global Influence Index 2022”observed the global influence of Chinese universities from four dimensions:main functions of universities,differences in university types,geographical locations of universities,and“digital transformation”of universities.Accordingly,an evaluation index system was formed,including four primary indicators:teaching and academic influence,faculty and student influence,international exchange and cooperation influence,and social service influence;seven secondary indicators:teaching,research,faculty,students,international exchange and cooperation,international visits and receptions,and international development and participation;and 52 tertiary indicators,such as number of courses taught in a foreign language,number of internationally certified majors,and number of international think tanks.With the implementation of the education digitalization strategy and the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has become an important driving force for promoting international exchange and cooperation among universities in the post-pandemic era.Building a sound digital education ecosystem is of paramount importance for enhancing the global influence of universities.
