考虑逐小时负荷匹配的风光储微网容量配置优化

摘要 多能互补微网系统容量配置的优化,有利于提高新能源消纳水平,保证系统供电的稳定性和经济性。文章建立大规模线性规划模型对风光储微网组件进行容量优化配置。模型以单位能源成本(COE)最小为优化目标保证微网经济性,以能源短缺率(LPSP)约束为目标保障微网供电稳定性,将市场化电价作为模型的内生变量以适应电力市场化发展趋势。同时,模型考虑了用户负荷的逐时匹配,防止低电价套利而降低新能源消纳。以我国北方某地为算例,对光伏发电+蓄电池储能(PV-Bat)、风力发电+蓄电池储能(WT-Bat)和光伏+风力发电+蓄电池储能(PV-WT-Bat)三种场景下的微网容量进行优化配置,并从COE、储能单元利用率和系统弃电率三个方面定量分析了三种场景的经济性。 The capacity configuration optimization of multi-energy complementary micro-grid system is conducive to improving the renewable energy utilization and ensuring the stability and economy of power supply.In this paper,a large-scale linear programming model is established to optimize the configuration of the wind-photovoltaic-battery micro-grid system.The model takes the minimum unit Cost of Energy(COE)as the objective function to ensure the economy of the micro-grid,and the Loss of Power Supply Probability(LPSP)as the constraint to guarantee power supply stability.The market-oriented price as an endogenous variable of the model to adapt to the development trend of power market.At the same time,the model considers the hourly matching of user load in order to prevent the price arbitrage and reduce the consumption of new energy,.Taking a certain area of northern China as an example,the capacity configuration in three scenarios as photovoltaic power generation+battery energy storage(PV-Bat),wind power+battery energy storage(WT-Bat)and photovoltaic+wind power+battery energy storage(PV-WT-Bat)are optimized.In the case of optimal capacity allocation,the economy of three scenarios is quantitatively analyzed from three aspects:COE,the utilization rate of energy storage units and the electricity-abandoning rate.
