区域科技创新与经济高质量发展协调性研究——以中部六省为例

Research on the Coordination Between Regional Technological Innovation and High-quality Economic Development——A Case Study of Six Provinces in Central China

文章选取2011—2020年相关数据,在对中部六省科技创新和经济高质量发展水平进行综合评价的基础上,对两复杂系统间的关联协调性及相对发展指数进行测度,结果表明:中部地区科技创新水平在研究区间得到显著提高,而经济高质量发展水平却在一定程度上受到开放发展和生态发展两项二级指标的制约;两系统间的协调发展指数呈逐渐增长态势且科技创新已成为引领中部地区经济高质量发展的主要动力;六省各子维度指标的发展路径差异化明显,制约因素突出。鉴于此,文章从加强基础理论研究投入力度与推动创新链产业链融合等方面提出了相应建议。

This paper selects relevant data from 2011 to 2020 and measures the correlation coordination and relative development index between the two complex systems on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the levels of scientific and technological innovation and high-quality economic development in the six central provinces.The results show that the level of scientific and technological innovation in the central region has significantly improved during the research period, while the level of high-quality economic development has been constrained to some extent by two secondary indicators: open development and ecological development. The index of coordinated development between the two systems shows a gradual increase , and technological innovation has become the main driving force leading the high-quality economic development in the central region. The development paths of the dimensional indicators in the six provinces differ significantly, with prominent constraining factors. In view of this, the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions, such as strengthening investment in basic theoretical research and promoting the integration of innovation chains and industrial chains.
