摘要
目的 :分析苣荬菜、苦苣菜和苦荬菜茎叶中脂肪酸成分及含量。方法 :采用气相色谱 /质谱(碎片质谱法 ) ,以改良的脂肪酸甲酯化法制样 ,测定苣荬菜、苦苣菜和苦荬菜茎叶中脂肪酸含量。结果 :从苣荬菜、苦苣菜和苦荬菜茎叶中分别检出 1 0、9和 9种脂肪酸 ,其中不饱和脂肪酸分别为4、3和 2种 ,总脂肪酸含量分别为 88.64%、93.67%和 86.2 1 % ,三者都以亚油酸含量最高。结论 :此研究结果为苣荬菜。
Objective: To study the fatty acid in the stems and leaves of the Sonchus brachyotus DC., Sonchus oleraceus L. and Ixeris denticulata Stebb . Methods: The gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was used in the study. Results: The stems and leaves of Sonchus brachyotus DC., Sonchus oleraceus L. and Ixeris denticulata Stebb . were detected to have ten,nine and nine kinds of fatty acids. There were four,three and tow kinds of unsaturated acids and the total amount of fatty acids were 88.64%,93.67% and 86.21% respectively. 9,13,15 Octadecatrienoic acid was the highest content in the three plants. Conclusion: This study may provided scientific reference for the pharmalogical use of the three plants.
