摘要
目的 采用教育环境评估量表(DREEM)测量住院医师规范化培训学员肺部疾病基于团队的学习(TBL)教学模式的临床教学效果。方法 纳入2021年10月至2023年7月的102名住院医师规范化培训学员。以入科学习的时间为准,偶数月为研究组,安排2周TBL教学;奇数月为对照组,安排2周传统方法教学。采用DREEM量表统计并对比两组学员2周学习后对教育环境的认知。结果 所有住院医师规范化培训学员的DREEM量表总分为(150.68±18.44)分。教学后,研究组DREEM量表总分、对学习的认知得分、对学术方面的自我认知得分、对环境的认知得分均明显高于对照组(t分别=2.37、2.39、2.47、2.15,P均<0.05)。结论 TBL教学模式通过提高学员参与感、加深学员记忆、加强学员解决问题能力、提升教学氛围等切实提升了住院医师规范化培训学员对于临床教学的整体认知,值得进一步研究推广。
Objective To measure the clinical teaching effectiveness of the TBL teaching mode for pulmonary diseas-es in residential and training students by the dundee ready education environment measure(DREEM).Methods A to-tal of 102 residents were enrolled from Oct.2021 to Jul.2023.Residents in even months were assigned to study group,tak-ing 2 weeks of team-based learning,and those in odd months were assigned to control group,taking 2 weeks of lecture-based learning.The perceptions of the educational environment between groups after 2 weeks of study with DREEM were compared.Results The mean total score of DREMM was 150.68±18.44.The total score,and the scores of students’per-ception of learning,students’academic self-perception,and students’perception of atmosphere in the study group were higher than those in control group with statistical significance(t=2.37,2.39,2.47,2.15,P<0.05).Conclusion Team-based learning would effectively improve the overall perception of clinical teaching in residents by promoting student par-ticipation,deepening student memory,strengthening student problem-solving ability,and enhancing teaching atmosphere.It is worth further research and promotion.
