北方农村住宅节能工作案例研究

Case Study on the Energy Conservation Work of Residential Buildings in Northern Rural Areas

目前我国还有约4.9亿农村人口,全国48万多个行政村中,约有2亿栋农民自建房。而目前农村住房绝大部分没有节能措施,居住条件较差,住房质量不高。在推进乡村振兴、实现共同富裕的目标下,推动农村住房节能改造,是助力节能降耗、提高农村群众生活品质、迈向共同富裕目标的重要举措。通过对北方某地农房节能情况研究,分析我国北方农村住房建设和节能改造现状、需求,提出政策建议。

Currently,there are about 490 million rural residents in China.There are approximately 200 million self built houses in over 480000 administrative villages across the country.At present,the vast majority of rural housing lacks energy-saving measures,with poor living conditions and low housing quality.Under the goal of promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity,promoting energy-saving transformation of rural housing is an important measure to help save energy and reduce consumption,improve the quality of life of rural residents,and move towards the goal of common prosperity.By studying the energy-saving situation of rural houses in a certain area of northern China,analyzing the current situation and needs of rural housing construction and energysaving renovation in northern China,and proposing policy recommendations.
