摘要 本文针对空气预热器腐蚀和堵灰问题以及低温省煤器的磨损泄漏问题,提出了一种针对炉后烟气受热面腐蚀、磨损的综合解决方案,并在重庆某660MW机组中实现工程应用,为国内燃煤锅炉炉后烟气受热面改造提供示范。 In this paper,a comprehensive solution for corrosion and wear of post-furnace flue gas heating surface is proposed for air preheater corrosion and ash plugging problems as well as wear and tear leakage of low-temperature economizer,and an engineering application is realized in a 660MW unit in Chongqing,which provides a demonstration for the modification of post-furnace flue gas heating surface of domestic coal-fired boilers.
