人工智能的发展为临床应用影像数据提供了新的方式,基于影像数据构建预测模型可以为临床诊疗提供参考依据,而且直肠癌患者在临床诊疗过程中进行影像学检查的资料可以提供丰富的影像数据来源。本文从预测模型的构建、预测模型的应用和预测模型的局限性等角度,围绕应用人工智能方法构建直肠癌影像学相关预测模型的研究现状进行综述。

The advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)has opened new avenues for the clinical application of imaging data.Building prediction models based on imaging data can offer valuable insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment.The imaging da-ta obtained from rectal cancer patients throughout the clinical diagnosis and treatment process represents a rich source of informa-tion.This article reviews the current research status on building prediction models for rectal cancer based on imaging data using AI methods,and it delves into the construction methods of prediction models,the clinical applications of these models,and the limitations of associated with their application.
