潜伏式多功能智能仿生蛇的制作与研究

摘要 根据机械创新大赛的要求,研究制作的仿生机器人要尽可能与动物相似,并模仿动物的动作。选用SolidWorks对仿生蛇进行建模、装配以及运动分析,并对仿生蛇加工制作、调试、改进等。通过介绍仿生蛇的重要组成部分,分析该仿生蛇的行走方式,满足了设计要求。选用有限元法分析各部件的强度要求,最终选定制作仿生蛇的材料。本研究使得仿生机器人满足运动灵活性、适应性、生存能力强的特点。 According to the requirements of mechanical innovation competition,the bionic robot should be as similar to animals as possible and imitate their actions.SolidWorks is selected to model,assemble and analyze the movement of bionic snake,and the bionic snake is processed,debugged and improved.By introducing the important components of bionic snake,the walking mode of bionic snake is analyzed,which meets the design requirements.The strength requirements of each component are analyzed by finite element method,and the materials for making bionic snakes are finally selected.Make the bionic robot meet the characteristics of flexibility,adaptability and strong viability.
