吊装盲区内大跨度钢结构施工关键技术 被引量:4

摘要 随着城市发展,场馆建设越来越多,大跨度钢结构形式也发生了巨大的变化。泰安市全民健身馆项目结构体系采用混凝土结合钢结构体系,其中屋盖部分采用钢结构形式,钢结构采用张弦梁体系和正交单梁结构体系,其中内部的张弦梁结构为大跨度钢结构,跨度为42m。如果采用常规施工方法,需要在附近区域布置1台塔式起重机,成本增加。如果采用移动式起重机进行吊装,势必要使用1台大型机械起重机,成本也会相应增加。因此需要根据项目的实际情况和工程特点,采取一系列施工方法,以实现吊装盲区内的大跨度钢结构施工,既可保证施工质量,又可节约成本,提高施工效率。 With the urban renovation more and more stadiums have been completed,and long-span steel structures have undergone significant changes.The Citizen Fitness Stadium in Tai’an has a steel-concrete structure.Its steel roof consists of the beam string structure and orthogonal single-beam structure.The internal beam string structure is a long-span steel structure with a span of 42 m.In the conventional construction method,one tower crane should be set up nearby,which increases the costs.If a mobile crane is used,one large mechanical crane is required,which will also increase the costs.Accordingly,a series of construction measures should be taken based on the actual situation and engineering characteristics of the project during the construction of large-span steel structures in the blind area of lifting,in order to ensure the construction quality,reduce costs and improve the construction efficiency.
