摘要
大口径钢管在水利工程中的应用越来越普遍,此类管道安装中焊接工序是其质量控制和使用寿命的关键工序,在南水北调配套工程河西支线施工第6标段项目的实施过程中,通过大量工艺实验对比,总结出了一套焊接大口径钢管的施工工艺,加快了施工进度,焊缝满足各项技术指标及质量要求,外观质量优良美观。在施工中通过现场的钢管焊接工艺试验,最终确定钢管焊接的各项参数,以指导施工。
More and more large-diameter steel pipes are applied in hydraulic engineering.Welding is critical for the quality control and service life during the installation of these steel pipes.Through comparison of a number of technological experiments in Lot 6 of the Hexi Branch supporting the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,a set of construction technology for welding of large-diameter steel pipes was summarized,thus accelerating the construction,meeting the technical indicator and quality requirements for welds and making the appearance superior and elegant.Welding parameters of steel pipes can be finally determined through steel pipe welding tests on site in order to guide the construction.
