超高层建筑避难层外凸结构施工技术

摘要 随着现代城市化进程的加速,超高层建筑越来越普遍。然而,这些建筑物面临着诸多挑战,其中之一就是如何确保在地震、火灾等紧急情况下人员的安全疏散。因此,避难层的设计和施工显得尤为重要。本研究介绍了一种新型的超高层建筑避难层外凸结构施工技术,并对超高层建筑避难层外凸结构施工技术展开了研究和应用。阐述了避难层的定义、作用和设计要求,分析了现有避难层结构的优缺点,并针对超高层建筑的复杂性,特殊性,提出了一种新型的避难层外凸结构施工技术,可大幅提高施工效率和质量,有效降低施工难度和保证施工安全。 With the acceleration of modern urbanization,there are more and more super high-rise buildings.However,these buildings face many challenges.One of the challenges is how to ensure safe evacuation of people in an emergency such as earthquake and fire.Therefore,the design and construction of the refuge floor is particularly important.This study introduces a novel construction technology for protrusion structures of refuge floors of super high-rise buildings,as well as the research and application of this construction technology.The definition,role and design requirements of the refuge floor are described,and advantages and disadvantages of existing refuge floor structures are analyzed.In response to the complexity and particularity super high-rise buildings,the novel construction technology for protrusion structures of refuge floors can greatly improve the construction efficiency and quality,effectively reduce construction difficulties and ensure construction safety.
