大直径混凝土灌注桩缺陷模拟与超声检测试验研究

摘要 模拟设计制作大直径混凝土灌注桩典型施工质量缺陷,对缺陷部位进行超声测试,依据沉渣、空洞、离析、夹泥、断桩、浮浆和低强区等桩身缺陷的基础试验数据,分析其声学特征,研究声学参数与缺陷类型的关联性,可为超声检测、分析与评价混凝土灌注桩施工质量提供理论依据。 Typical construction quality defects of large-diameter concrete cast-situ piles were simulated,ultrasonic tests were carried out on defective parts,acoustic characteristics were analyzed according to the basic test data of pile defects such as sediment,cavity,segregation,mud inclusion,fracture,floating slurry and low strength,and the correlation between acoustic parameters and defect types was studied,to provide a theoretical basis for ultrasonic testing,analysis and evaluation of construction quality of concrete piles.
