燃煤发电厂锅炉岛的噪声治理研究

摘要 为减少某燃煤发电厂噪声污染,改善职工和附近居民的工作和生活环境,针对发电厂锅炉岛进行噪声治理。首先根据现场实测数据在分析噪声源频谱特性的基础上提出用隔声、吸声、消声技术和阻尼减振等措施的噪声综合治理方案。进而基于Cadna/A软件建立的声学模型模拟预测治理方案的降噪效果,结果表明发电厂测点噪声值均达到治理目标。最后根据实际治理后的检测结果进一步验证软件计算的可靠性,发电厂各测点达到国家规定噪声标准。国内燃煤发电厂大多为传统布局,各设备布局相似,研究设计的降噪方案及具体措施可为同类发电厂锅炉岛的噪声治理提供实际工程经验,具有较大的社会效益。 In order to reduce the noise pollution of a coal-fired power plant and improve the working and living environment of workers and nearby residents,noise control was carried out on the boiler island of the power plant.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of noise sources,a comprehensive noise control scheme using sound insulation,sound absorption,noise reduction technology and damping is proposed.Furthermore,the noise control scheme is simulated and its noise reduction effect is predicted by using the acoustic model based on Cadna/A software.The results show that the noise values at the measurement points of the power plant reach the control target.Finally,the reliability of the prediction based on software calculation is further verified according to the test results after the actual control treatment,and the noise at the measurement points of the power plant reach the national noise standard.Since most of the domestic coal-fired power plants have traditional layout,and their equipment layout is similar,the noise reduction scheme and specific measures designed in this study can provide practical engineering experience for noise control of boiler islands in similar power plants.
