To investigate the effect of virtual reality(VR)exercise intervention on the physical rehabilitation effect of compulsory drug addicts in isolation.Through VR exercise intervention model,60 male drug addicts in a compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation facility in Anhui Province were trained for a period of 16 weeks to recover their physical fitness, and the morphology, function, motor ability, and dopamine of the drug addicts before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed in terms of the rehabilitation effects of the experimental and control groups. After 16 weeks of exercise intervention, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of lung capacity, upper limb strength, balance, reaction ability and dopamine indexes(P<0.05),among which body mass index(BMI)and longitudinal jump measurements did not differ from those of the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the traditional exercise intervention training model,VR exercise is more vivid and interesting, and can improve the participation of drug addicts in recovery training, which can effectively and safely further improve the lung capacity, strength quality, agility quality and balance quality of drug addicts in the same training cycle and promote the sense of exercise satisfaction of drug addicts.
