企业规模对高技术产业创新韧性的影响效应检验

Test of Influential Effect of Enterprise Scale on Innovation Resilience of High-tech Industries

提升高技术产业创新韧性对于应对内外环境的不断变化具有重要意义,而创新韧性的整个演化过程均受企业规模的影响。文章基于演化视角定义创新韧性,提出韧性测度方式并采用面板数据模型、面板门槛模型实证分析企业规模的线性、非线性效应,经由贝叶斯回归分析两者的互动关系。研究发现:企业规模正向影响创新韧性,且两者之间存在良好的互动关系;随着规模扩大,企业规模对创新韧性的影响先由负转正,后正向作用减小;随着韧性水平的提升,企业规模的影响由负转正,且正向作用不断增大。

Improving the innovation resilience of high-tech industries is of great significance for coping with the constant changes in the internal and external environment,and the entire evolution process of innovation resilience is influenced by enterprise scale.This paper defines innovation resilience from an evolutionary perspective and proposes a measurement method for resilience.After that,panel data models and panel threshold models are used to demonstrate the linear and nonlinear effects of enterprise scale,as well as the interaction between the two through Bayesian regression.The results go as follows:The enterprise scale positively affects innovation resilience,and there is a good interactive relationship between the two.As the scale expands,the impact of enterprise scale on innovation resilience first changes from negative to positive,and then the positive effect decreases.As the resilience level increases,the impact of enterprise scale changes from negative to positive,and the positive effect continues to increase.
