消化系统肿瘤m6A甲基化修饰对非编码RNA调控的研究进展

摘要 m6A甲基化修饰是哺乳动物中最丰富的RNA修饰方式,是表观遗传学重要的调控方法之一,通过添加、移除或者识别结合m6A位点,参与RNA合成与代谢过程,进而调控基因的表达。非编码RNA(ncRNA)是一类缺乏编码多肽或蛋白质能力的RNA,在肿瘤的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用,是癌细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、侵袭、耐药等生物学特性的调节因子。越来越多的研究表明,m6A甲基化修饰可通过调控ncRNA参与肿瘤的发生和发展。本研究就消化系统肿瘤中m6A甲基化修饰对ncRNA表达调控的研究进展作一综述。 m6A methylation modification is the most abundant RNA modification pattern in mammals,and it is one of the important regulation methods in epigenetics.It participates in the process of RNA synthesis and metabolism by adding,removing,identifying and binding m6A sites,thereby regulating gene expression.Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is a kind of RNA lacking the ability to encode polypeptide or protein.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors,regulating proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion and drug resistance of cancer cells.More and more studies have shown that m6A methylation modification is involved in the pathogenesis of tumors by regulating ncRNA.This article reviewed the research advance of m6A methylation modification on the regulation of ncRNA expression in tumors of digestive system.
