抑癌基因Smad4/DPC4在结直肠癌中作用的研究进展

摘要 Smad4抑癌基因又称DPC4,位于染色体18q21.1,编码的Smad4/DPC4蛋白是一种转录因子,是转化生长因子β(TGF-β)信号通路的中心介质。Smad4/DPC4基因在结直肠癌(CRC)发生和发展过程中起着重要作用,已经成为研究结直肠癌发生和发展的关键分子之一。文章综述Smad4/DPC4在结直肠癌发生和发展及治疗中的作用,阐明Smad4/DPC4与结直肠癌转移的关系,以期为结直肠癌患者个体化和精准化治疗提供理论依据。 The Smad4 tumor suppressor gene,also known as DPC4,is located on chromosome 18q21.1 and encodes the Smad4/DPC4 protein,a transcription factor that is a central mediator of the transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)signaling pathway.Smad4/DPC4 plays an important role in the development of colorectal cancer(CRC)and has become one of the key molecules in the study of colorectal cancer development.This paper reviews the role of Smad4/DPC4 in the development and treatment of colorectal cancer,and elucidates the relationship between Smad4/DPC4 and colorectal cancer metastasis,in order to provide a theoretical basis for individualized and precise treatment of colorectal cancer patients.
