羧甲基壳聚糖/醛化羧甲基纤维素聚合物的制备及其在草莓保鲜中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)和醛化羧甲基纤维素(CMC-CHO)为原料,制备可溶性CMCS/CMC-CHO复合膜。结果发现:复合膜具有较好的拉伸强度、延展性、透湿性和透光性,且对近紫外光具有良好的阻隔作用;CMCS/CMC-CHO涂膜液对黑曲霉和扩展青霉的抑制效果优于CMCS。草莓涂膜保鲜实验显示,CMCS/CMC-CHO涂膜液的应用效果优于CMCS和CMCS/CMC-CHO/Gly,经7 d贮藏,草莓的腐烂率、质量损失率分别比对照减少了41.94%、10.64%,而硬度、有机酸含量、可溶性固形物含量、还原糖含量和抗坏血酸(VC)含量分别比对照提高了35.11%、36.67%、14.13%、3.51%和44.30%。 A novel hydrogel composite film was fabricated with carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-CHO)as raw materials.The CMCS/CMC-CHO film showed good tensile property,moisture permeability,transparency,and excellent UV absorption ability.In addition,the inhibitory effect of CMCS/CMC-CHO on Aspergillus nige and Penicillium expansum were superior to that of CMCS.The application results on strawberry preservation showed that the effect of CMCS/CMC-CHO coating solution was better than that of CMCS and CMCS/CMC-CHO/Gly.After 7 days of storage,the decay rate and weight loss rate of strawberry were reduced by 41.94%and 10.64%respectively,and the hardness,organic acid content,soluble solid content,reducing sugar content and Vc content compared with the control were increased by 35.11%,36.67%,14.13%,3.51%and 44.30%,respectively.
