让“银发社区”不再脆弱:新媒介可供性与社区治理共同体的建构

"Silver-Community"No Longer Fragile:The Construction of Governance Community through New Media Affordances

在传统的治理理论与传播学理论中,遭遇“数字鸿沟”的老年人作为基层治理的主要被服务人群,往往被安置于治理“圈子”之外。基于对X市Z社区的田野研究,本文发现微信群为老年人提供了参与社区公共事务与治理实践的“可供性”,围绕着老年人建构起的“拟差序格局”提升了社区的凝聚力与向心力,帮助社区营造了“共治”“善治”的共同体意识。这一创新性经验为国内其它“银发社区”的治理提供了借鉴。

Under the traditional governance and communication theories,elders who faced"digital divide"were excluded from the governance system.Based on the field research in the Z community,X city,researcher found that We Chat group had provided elders with"affordance"on participating in community affair and practicing of governance,the"pseudo-differentiate pattern"surrounding elders enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of community,helped to creative the community culture of"co-governance"and"good governance",provided other aging community governance with reference.
