摘要
2000年以来,液态奶生产快速发展,产量经过快速增长后进入低速增长,目前处于徘徊期。由于居民消费结构升级、国内外乳制品价格存在差距,促使液态奶进口大幅增加,2021年达到129.59万吨,贸易来源国集中度较高。液态奶市场销售价格增速放缓,利润空间加大,液态奶是乳品企业盈利的主要来源。中国居民的液态奶消费水平已与亚洲发达地区持平,消费量趋于稳定。当前中国液态奶市场依然面临诸多挑战,为促进液态奶持续健康发展,建议加强技术创新,寻求乳制品差异化新方向;注重绿色发展,拓展特色乳制品;利用国际市场,降低乳制品生产成本。
Since 2000,the production of liquid milk has developed rapidly,and after rapid growth,the production has entered a slow growth stage,currently in a period of stagnation.Due to the upgrading of residents'consumption structure and the price gap between domestic and foreign dairy products,the import of liquid milk has significantly increased,reaching 1.2959 million tons in 2021,and the concentration of trade source countries is relatively high.The growth rate of sales prices in the liquid milk market has slowed down,and the profit margin has increased.Liquid milk is the main source of profit for dairy companies.The consumption level of liquid milk among Chinese residents has been in line with that of developed regions in Asia,and the consumption volume is stabilizing.The current Chinese liquid milk market still faces many challenges.To promote the sustainable and healthy development of liquid milk,it is recommended to strengthen technological innovation and seek new directions for dairy product differentiation,emphasize green development and expanding specialty dairy products,utilize the international market to reduce the production cost of dairy products.
