奶山羊超数排卵与胚胎移植实用方法 被引量:2

摘要 奶山羊场应用超数排卵和胚胎移植现代高新生物技术对于加快奶山羊良种繁育进程,提高奶山羊良种扩繁速度等具有重要意义。本文就奶山羊场进行奶山羊超数排卵和胚胎移植的具体方法,如进行超数排卵和胚胎移植供体母羊与受体母羊的选择管理;供、受体母羊同期发情、超数排卵、胚胎采集、胚胎质检、胚胎移植等的具体方法步骤和技术要求及奶山羊进行超数排卵胚胎移植的善后处理工作,做了较为详细的阐述。同时结合奶山羊场实际,就如何进行奶山羊超数排卵胚胎移植技术工作人员的组织管理,工作场地环境等的技术要求也做了较为全面的介绍。 The application of superovulation and embryo transfer in dairy goat farm is of great significance to accelerate the breeding process and increase the propagation speed of dairy goat.This paper dealt with the specific methods of superovulation and embryo transfer in dairy goat farms,such as the selection and management of donor ewes and recipient ewes.The specific methods and technical requirements of simultaneous estrus,superovulation,embryo collection,embryo quality inspection and embryo transfer of donor and recipient ewes and the aftertreatment of superovulation embryo transfer of dairy goats were described in detail.At the same time,according to the actual situation of dairy goat farm,the technical requirements of how to organize and manage the technical staff of superovulation embryo transfer of dairy goats and the working site environment were also introduced comprehensively.
