Establishment of a Rapid Detection Method for Moisture Content in Milk Powder

[目的]建立水分测定仪快速检测乳粉水分含量的方法。[方法]分别使用烘箱法和水分测定仪法对6个批次新西兰乳粉进行水分含量测定,以烘箱法的检测结果为标准值,分析不同条件对水分测定仪法测量结果的影响以及方法的精密度和准确度。[结果]在试验设定范围内,干燥温度的设定对水分测定仪法的检测结果有显著影响,而取样量无显著影响。[结论]干燥温度110℃、取样量5 g的水分测定仪法,测定乳粉水分含量有较好的精密度和准确度,可作为乳粉水分入库验收的初筛方法。

[Objective]To establish a method for rapid detection of moisture content in milk powder by moisture meter.[Method]The moisture content of 6 batches of New Zealand milk powder was determined by oven method and moisture meter method,and the influence of different conditions on the measurement results of moisture meter method,as well as the precision and accuracy of the method were analyzed with the test results of oven method as the standard value.[Result]Within the experimental setting range,the drying temperature had a significant effect on the detection results of the moisture meter method,but the sampling amount had no significant effect.[Conclusion]The moisture meter method with drying temperature of 110℃and sampling amount of 5 g has good precision and accuracy in determining the moisture content of milk powder,and can be used as the primary screening method for the acceptance of milk powder moisture into storage.
