摘要
利用模具冷却系统,能够使热成型模具具有足够的降温能力,使高温板料迅速冷却成型后温度下降到180℃以下且温度均匀。利用FLUENT软件,模拟改变地板盖板凸模冷却管道进水口管道长度,随着管道长度增加,流向各分管道的水流速度反而越不均匀,得出进水口增加管道长度会对集水槽冲击,增加水流形成旋涡会使水流向相反方向流动。在进水口不增加时,对各分管道的水流速度分布最均匀,能使高温板料降温均匀。试验地板盖板模具冷却系统不增加进水口长度,检测工件各位置硬度、抗拉强度和延伸率,并通过金相观察此时板料各位置马氏体的形态、晶粒大小,工件各位置抗拉强度可达1600MPa以上,硬度在44-52HRC,得出该情况下成型工件满足性能要求。
Using the mold cooling system,the hot forming mold can have enough cooling capacity to ensure that the high-temperature sheet metal is cooled rapidly,and the temperature drops below 180℃and the temperature is even after forming.Using FLUENT software to simulate and change the length of the water inlet pipe of the floor cover plate punch cooling pipe,with the increase of the pipe length,the water flow velocity to each branch pipe is more uneven.It is concluded that increasing the length of the inlet pipe will have an impact on the water collecting tank,increase the water flow and form a vortex,which would make the water flow in the opposite direction.When the water inlet is not increased,the flow velocity distribution of each branch pipe is the most uniform It can make the high temperature plate cool down evenly.The hardness,tensile strength and elongation of each position of the workpiece were tested without increasing the length of the water inlet.The morphology and grain size of martensite at each position of the sheet metal were observed by metallography.The tensile strength of the workpiece at each position could reach more than 1600mpa,and the hardness was 44-52HRC.It was concluded that the molded part met the performance requirements in this case.
