飞机起落架系统交互式虚拟仿真实验开发与应用研究

摘要 虚拟现实技术的应用能够使复杂民用飞机系统的工作原理实现三维深度可视化,能够有效解决飞机系统实物实验开展难度较大的问题。针对民用飞机系统类课程大纲中关于飞机起落架系统的工程实践学习要求,按照起落架元件、起落架系统以及起落架落震专题三个典型视角,采用虚拟仿真方法进行教学实验开发。基于飞机系统课程群面向现代民用飞机起落架系统的教学内容,充分考虑工程实际中起落架系统的关键技术特征,对其进行精细化模型还原,实现了交互式虚拟实验界面及操作流程设计,并在虚拟仿真实验教学中获得了良好的应用效果。 The application of virtual reality technology can make the working principle of the complex civil aircraft system realize 3D depth visualization,and can effectively solve the problem that the physical experiment of the aircraft system is difficult to carry out.In accordance with the requirements for engineering practice learning of aircraft landing gear system in the curriculum outlines of civil aircraft systems,according to three typical perspectives of landing gear components,landing gear system and landing gear drop test special subject,virtual simulation method is used to develop teaching experiments.Based on the teaching content of the aircraft system course group for modern civil aircraft landing gear system,taking full account of the key technical characteristics of the landing gear system in engineering practice,the refined model of the landing gear system is restored,the interactive virtual experiment interface and operation process design are realized,and good application results are obtained in the virtual simulation experiment teaching.
