学生、企业、院校三方协同作用研究——基于现代学徒制的培养模式

摘要 近年来,我国现代学徒制培养模式发展迅速,同时面临制约现代学徒制学生学习效果的问题,如学习过程与工作间的协同性问题等。如何确保学生在保质保量完成相应学习任务的前提下平衡学生工作与学习之间的关系,学生、企业、院校三方的协同性发挥了关键性的作用。以深圳职业技术学院眼视光技术专业现代学徒制班作为研究对象,通过深度访谈、问卷调查等方式探索研究,分析该类学生如何在学习、工作与家庭生活间实现协调发展的问题。研究发现家庭因素、工作因素、学校因素以及个人因素等是影响学习效果的原因,发挥学生、企业、院校三者间的协同作用能够有效解决学生学习成效的问题。 In recent years,China’s modern apprenticeship training mode has developed rapidly,and at the same time,it is facing problems that restrict the learning effect of apprenticeship students,such as the synergy between learning process and work.How to balance the relationship between student work and learning on the premise of ensuring that students complete the corresponding learning tasks with quality and quantity has played a key role in the synergy of students,enterprises and colleges.This paper takes the modern apprenticeship class of optometry major of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as the research object,explores and studies through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,and analyzes how such students can achieve coordinated development among study,work and family life.The research finds that family,work,colleges and personal factors are all factors affecting the learning effect,and achieving the synergy among students,enterprises and colleges can effectively solve the problem of students’learning effect.
