“石油工程岩石力学”本博一体化课程改革

摘要 当前教育和培养模式面临着工程实践能力薄弱和油气行业变革的难题。中国石油大学(北京)岩石力学实验室围绕国家人才发展战略规划、石油行业发展、“双一流”学科建设三个重心,依托学校产学研优势,提出以师生综合素质能力为导向,协同工程实践创新发展的新理念。面向信息技术、工程案例和辅助教学平台,建设自适应课程体系,形成贯通培养全过程的“产学研及信息技术深度融合,线上线下共同发展”的混合式全方位教学模式。课程改革成果颇丰,能供国内外相关石油院校相关课程建设参考。 The current education and training model is faced with two challenges:weak ability of engineering practice and innovation of the oil and gas industry.The rock mechanics laboratory of China University of Petroleum(Beijing)focuses on three cores:national talents development strategy planning,the oil industry development,and“Double First-Class”discipline construction,depends on the superiority of industry-university-research(IUR),puts forward a new concept of guiding by the comprehensive quality and ability of teachers and students and integrating engineering practice and innovative development.The laboratory built a self-adaption curriculum system for information techniques,engineering cases,and auxiliary teaching platforms.Ultimately,the curriculum formed a mixed and omnibearing teaching mode throughout the whole undergraduate education process;that is,deep integration of IUR and joint development online and offline.The curriculum reform has achieved fruitful results,which can be utilized as a reference for constructing relevant courses in relevant petroleum colleges and universities at home and abroad.
