新工科背景下人才培养体系构建研究与实践——以中国人民警察大学警用无人驾驶航空器人才培养为例

Research and Practice on the Construction of Talent Training System under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education:Taking the China People’s Police University Police UAV Talent Training as an Example

警用无人机在交通执法、反恐侦查、公共安保、群体性事件处置等公安执法中发挥的作用日益凸显,但也暴露出诸如人才匮乏、在执法领域应用技能不够成熟等问题。针对警用无人机人才培养的现状进行分析,阐述新时代警用无人驾驶航空器应用创新人才培养体系建设的价值与意义,以中国人民警察大学为例,从专业人才培养、课程体系建设、教材建设、教学研究团队建设、实训中心研究中心建设、硬件设施建设、校警企协同育人等方面,重点阐述警用无人驾驶航空器人才培养体系的构建及实施路径。

Police UAVs have played an increasingly prominent role in public security law enforcement,such as traffic law enforcement,anti-terrorism investigation,public security,and mass incident handling,but problems such as lack of talents and immature application skills in law enforcement have been exposed.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the training of police UAV talents,and the value and significance of building an innovative talent training system for the application of police unmanned aerial vehicles in the new era,taking the People’s Police University of China as an example,this paper focuses on the construction and implementation path of the training system of police UAV talents from the perspectives of professional talent training,curriculum system construction,teaching material construction,teaching research team construction,construction of practical training centers and research centers,hardware facilities,and collaborative education of university,enterprise and police.
