腾讯课堂在临床中医护理技术教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨腾讯课堂在临床中医护理技术教学中的应用效果。方法:90名研究对象均为医院中医科实习护生,由电脑随机法分为A(n=45)、B(n=45)两组,分别进行传统教学及腾讯课堂辅助教学,并对两组教学效果进行组间对照研究。研究起止时间为2021年3月—2022年3月。结果:教学后护生中医思维判断能力、理论考核、操作考核及学习兴趣评分,以及护生对教学方法满意度,B组均显著高于A组,对比均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:腾讯课堂辅助中医护理学临床教学的质量更佳,可增加护生的学习兴趣,并提升其学习成绩及中医思维判断能力,对其专科能力的养成起到积极促进作用。 To explore the application effect of Tencent Classroom in the teaching of clinical TCM nursing techniques,90 research subjects were intern nursing students in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups,A(n=45)and B(n=45)by computer randomization.They received traditional teaching and Tencent classroom-assisted teaching respectively.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared between the two groups.The study period will be from March 2021 to March 2022.After the teaching,the scores of TCM thinking and judgment ability,theoretical assessment,operation assessment and learning interest of nursing students in group B were(396.14±16.14),(95.54±4.01),(94.33±2.11),and(92.37±5.23),respectively.The scores of group A were(342.56±15.69),(83.57±3.45),(81.26±3.61),and(85.66±5.51)respectively.The scores of group B were higher than those of group A,compared(t=15.967,15.179,20.968,5.925,p<0.05).Nursing students’satisfaction with teaching methods was 100.00%in group B,which was significantly higher than 88.89%in group A,compared(x2=5.294,p<0.05).The quality of Tencent classroom-assisted clinical teaching of TCM nursing is better,which can increase the learning interest of nursing students,improve their academic performance and TCM thinking and judgment ability,and play a positive role in the development of their specialized ability.
