法国教育领域应对人口变化的策略研究

Population is a fundamental and strategic item for national development.As a complex issue,the population is influenced by multiple factors such as economic conditions,cultural traditions,and social environment.Meanwhile,the impacts of population are multiple,continuous and profound.The relationship between population and education is close:the size,quality,structure,mobility,development and other aspects of population affect the development of education.At the same time,education policies should adapt to population changes,and also actively seek change and forward-looking layout.In different periods of history,France has faced population problems such as labor shortage,aging population,declining fertility willingness and imbalance in urban-rural structure.To cope with such problems,France has adopted systematic policy intervention.The practices in education mainly include:investing in scientific and technological innovation to seek technology dividends;improving education quality to improve population quality;ensuring educational fairness,and improving rural and immigrant education;actively participating in global talent competition,optimizing family support policy and encouraging fertility,and adjusting the teaching force to cope with the change of students.These policies have achieved positive results to a certain extent,but also brought some related problems,which are worthy of attention and research.
