Frontiers in Critical Educational Policy Studies:Paradigm,Theorisation and Problematisation

批判教育政策研究是当代西方教育政策研究的重要流派。近10年来,该流派对自身研究范式进行了元反思,重审批判社会学理论范式的“批判性”与“社会学”属性,并构建唯物主义后结构主义政策分析路径。在理论视角上,突破批判理论传统,构建新自由主义的替代性概念框架,确立“政策实施”分析框架,引入人文地理学和生物-社会等新兴理论视角,深化时间社会学等传统概念视角。基于全球化、资本市场与技术变革背景,该流派形成国际教育测评、全球教育要素流动、教育商业化与资本逐利、教育竞争异化、数字教育治理等五大新兴问题域。推动批判教育政策研究发展的深层动力是对理性主义的超越,其实质是对政策过程中偶然性、失序性和非预期性因素的接纳。

Critical educational policy studies(CEPS)is a leading school of educational policy research in Western countries.Over the past decade,CEPS has carried out meta reflections on its own research paradigm including revisiting the meanings of"critical"and"sociology"in its critical sociology paradigm and constructing a materialist post-structuralism analytical approach.It has also extended the theoretical horizon of traditiona critical theories by exploring an alternative conceptual framework of neoliberalism,establishing a"policy enactment"framework,introducing new analytical perspectives such as human geography and bio-social and developing the theoretical traditions of sociology.Rooted in the intersectional contexts of globalisation marketisation,and technological innovation,CEPS has formed new awareness regarding the phenomenon of largescale international education assessment,global education flows,commercialization of education,alienation of educational competitions,and digital educational governance.The underlying impetus of the theoretica innovations are the transcendence of rationalism and the acceptance of contingency,disorder,and unpredictability in educational policy.
