辅导员与专业教师协同育人体系研究——以新疆农业大学农学院教育部“三全育人”改革试点单位为例

Research on the Cooperative Education System of Counselors and Professional Teachers:Taking the Pilot Unit of the Reform of“Three-wide Education”of the Ministry of Education of the Agricultural College of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an Example

“三全育人”工作国外未有研究,国内研究颇多。面对新时代“三全育人”工作的新要求,立足新疆实际,科学分析“三全育人”视域下新疆高校教育工作现状,深入剖析问题成因,阐释“三全育人”视域下辅导员与专业课教师协同育人的理论内涵和内在逻辑,以新疆农业大学农学院教育部“三全育人”改革试点单位为例,对“三全育人”视域下辅导员与专业课教师协同育人举措进行研究,分析实施路径,从而探索出一条适合新疆高校思政队伍建设的新模式、新机制和新体系。

There is no research on“three-wide education”abroad,and there is a lot of domestic research.In the face of the new requirements of“three-wide education”work,based on the reality of Xinjiang,scientific analysis of the education situation in universities in Xinjiang is made deeply.The problem is analyzed,the connotation and internal logic of professional teachers collaborative education theory is explained.Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,from the perspective of counselors and professional teachers collaborative education measures research,this paper analyzes the implementation path,to explore a new mode,new mechanism and new system suitable for the construction of a ideological and politicalteam for colleges and universities in Xinjiang.
