军队院校装备课程能力目标分析研究

摘要 为加快课程建设,提高人才培养质量,针对军队院校装备课程能力目标如何准确描述的问题,对课程能力目标的分析进行了探索。首先梳理了与装备课程强相关的岗位工作,同时参照士兵职业技能鉴定的等级划分,将岗位工作划分为不同的技能等级;其次筛选出与培训层次相吻合的工作任务,再对工作任务区分专业岗位能力和职业核心能力,对每个任务进行详细的能力描述;最后结合课程自身的特点,突出相关重点能力目标,优化整合得到课程最终的能力目标,并以军士职业技术教育层次的“光学助降装置”课程为例进行了能力目标分析。 In order to speed up the course construction and improve the training quality,to describe the capability goals of military academy equipment course precisely,the analysis of course capability goals was carried out.Firstly,the post work related to equipment course was selected and divided into different skill levels by grade classification of vocational skills appraisal.The work tasks fitting to level of training were screened by the skill level classification.Then the tasks were differentiated between professional post ability and professional core competency,and the capabilities of every task were particular described.Lastly,in order to consider the characteristics of the course and outstand the key capability goals,the capability goals of the course were got by optimization and integration.The capability goals were analysed by taking optical lading system course of noncommissioned officer training level as a case.
