Research on the Strategy of Ideological and Political Education for Graduate Employment

为更好地实现研究生高质量就业,使研究生的职业选择与国家和社会对人才的需求相匹配,加强研究生就业思政教育显得尤为重要。通过查阅文献、调查问卷和访谈,对新疆某医学院校在读研究生就业思政教育的现状进行深入调查,对发现的问题展开论述,并从完善体制机制、创新工作模式、配齐建强队伍、充实教育内容入手,提出研究生就业指导与思想政治教育双促双融的策略,对培养研究生树立科学的择业观和就业观,对该医学院校进行可持续发展与教育改革具有十分重要的意义。

In order to better realize the high-quality employment of graduate students and make the career choice of graduate students match the national and social demand for talents,it is particularly important to strengthen ideological and political education in employment of postgraduates.Through the literature review,questionnaire and interview,taking a medical university in Xinjiang as an example this paper investigates the ideological education status,discusses the problems,and starting from perfecting the system and mechanism,innovating the working mode,equipping the team and enriching the educational content,puts forward the integrated strategy of employment guidance and ideological and political education for graduate students,to help graduate students set up scientific career and employment,which is of very important significance to the sustainable development of medical colleges and education reform.
