医师法背景下的医学整合教育“三圆互交”模式探析

Analysis of the“Three Circles Mutual Intersection”Model of Medical Integrated Education under the Background of the Practitioner Law

医师法对执业医师和医学教育提出了三大要求,即高尚医德、精湛医术和规范医疗。按照这三大要求,依据系统论、协同论和生态论,按照互交哲学理论构建医学整合教育“三圆互交”模式。医学整合教育“三圆互交”模式,通过人文教育、基础医学和临床医学间的优势互补、互交整合,形成医学整合教育“同心”“同向”和“同频共振”的立体育人矩阵,从教育资源、教育主体和教育场域三维度构建优良育人生态,由此促成整合教育育人功效的最大化和最优化。

The Law on Medical Practitioners puts forward three requirements for medical practitioners and medical education,namely,noble medical ethics,superb medical skills and standardized medical treatment.According to these three requirements,the“three circles mutual interaction”model of integrated medical education is constructed according to the system theory,the synergism theory and the ecology theory and the mutual interaction philosophy theory.The“three circles mutual intersection”mode of medical integrated education forms a three-dimensional education matrix of“one heart”,“same direction”and“same frequency resonance”of medical integrated education through the complementary and interactive integration of advantages among humanistic education,basic medicine and clinical medicine,and constructs an excellent education ecology from three dimensions of education resources,education subjects and education fields,thus promoting the maximization and optimization of the effectiveness of integrated education.
