共创课堂:“以学生为中心”的干部教学创新

Co-created Classroom:The Innovation of Cadre Teaching under the Concept of“Student-centered”

传统的课堂教学范式已不适应现代社会发展对领导干部综合素质与综合能力的新要求。为回应党校学员的课程评价,进一步提高教学质量,以“以学生为中心”理念为指导,结合IRF模式创新性设计“共创课堂”教学方式。“共创课堂”是指教师与学员同为教学活动的主体,在课堂上分担不同的角色,共同完成教学内容生产的教学方式。教师需要转变教学理念,调整教学方式,明确课堂角色,提升控场能力,营造课堂氛围,以更好地实施“共创课堂”。

The traditional classroom teaching paradigm can no longer meet the new requirements of modern social development on the comprehensive quality and ability of leading cadres.In order to respond to the curriculum evaluation of the Party School students and further improve the teaching quality,the teaching method of Co-created classroom is innovatively designed under the guidance of the concept of“student-centered”and in combination with the IRF mode.Co-created classroom refers to a teaching method in which teachers and students are the main body of teaching activities,share different roles in the classroom,and jointly complete the production of teaching content.Teachers need to change their teaching concepts,adjust their teaching methods,clarify the classroom role,improve the field control ability,and thus create a classroom atmosphere to better implement the teaching method of co-created classroom.
