基于岗位胜任力的“输血医学检验”课程改革研究

摘要 随着我国采供血机构逐步设置完善,各级机构尤其是县级及以下的基层单位,迫切需要大量输血检验专业人才,这为专科层次的学生提供了大量对口就业机会。而专科层次医学院“输血医学检验”课程的教学内容及教学评价模式已不足以让学生胜任当前的采供血相关岗位。以岗位胜任力为导向,广泛调研、了解岗位要求,从教学内容,“学校—血站—输血科”融合式见习、实习等多方面进行课程改革,探索实践高职高专“输血医学检验”课程的改革,为基层医院输血医学检验专业技术人员的培养输送打下基础。 With the gradual establishment of blood collection and supply institutions in our country,institutions at all levels,especially grassroots units at the county level and below,urgently need a large number of professionals in blood transfusion testing,which provides a large number of counterpart employment opportunities for students at the junior college level.However,the teaching content and teaching evaluation model of the course of“blood transfusion testing technology”in specialist medical schools can’t make students competent for the current blood collection and supply related positions.This paper conducts extensive research and understands job requirements,carries out curriculum reform from teaching content,college-blood station-blood transfusion department integrated traineeship,and internship,and explores the reform of the practice specialist“blood transfusion testing technology”curriculum.It lays the foundation for the training and delivery of professional and technical personnel of blood transfusion medical testing in grass-roots hospitals.
