摘要
教学设计指的是在课程教学实施之前,根据国家专业教学标准、专业人才培养方案、课程标准的要求,结合学生学情和企业岗位需求,制订授课计划和教学具体实施方案的过程。教学设计是高职院校教师教学工作的重要组成部分,教学设计能力是教师职业能力的重要体现,是高职院校推进教师、教材、教法“三教”改革顺利进行的关键点。高职院校教师教学设计能力的提升,有助于优化教学资源,提升课堂教学效果。从高职院校教师参加全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛和实际教学情况来看,很多教师在教学设计方面存在一定问题。结合国赛一等奖的参赛实践和评审经历,探索出教学设计能力提升的有效策略和路径。
s:Teaching design means the course of forming specific plan and approach of teaching and study through systematic planning and orderly arrangement before actual implementation of teaching and study.Teaching design is an important part of a teacher’s work.Teaching design ability embodies a teacher’s major quality and is a key point in the smooth progress of teaching innovation of promoting teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods.The promotion of polytechnical college teachers’teaching design ability helps optimize teaching resources and improve class teaching effect.Viewed from the result of polytechnical college teachers’performance in teaching ability contest in college skill contest and their teaching practice,many teachers have problems with teaching design.In combination of the author’s contest practice in national contest which earned her firstplace award and her contest judgement and evaluation experience,an effective strategy and path of promoting teaching design ability is tracked out.
