国内外推动未来产业技术成果转化的战略部署及对广东省的启示 被引量:1

The Strategic Deployment of Promoting the Landing of Future Industrial Technological Achievements at Home and Abroad and the Enlightenment to Guangdong Province

摘要 未来产业是助力我国“换道超车”,攀登全球产业链高峰,赢得新一轮科技革命、产业变革和国际竞争优势的关键要素之一。近年来,国内外均高度重视未来产业发展,助力未来技术成果转化落地。通过研究全球科技强国及我国典型省、市推动未来产业发展的相关政策措施及加快未来技术成果转化落地的亮点经验,提出广东省应从加强未来产业顶层规划设计、强化未来产业创新要素投入、提升未来产业技术创新成果转化效率、打造高质量未来技术应用场景等方面发力,提升未来产业发展水平和创新成果转化效率。 Future industry is one of the key elements to help our country“change lanes to overtake”,promote the upgrading to the high end of the global industrial chain,and increase the international competitive advantage in the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change.In recent years,both at home and abroad have attached great importance to promoting the development of future industries and helping the transformation of future technological achievements.By studying the policies and measures related to accelerating the landing and transformation of future industries in global science and technology powers,China,and key provinces and cities,it is proposed that Guangdong pronince should strengthen the top-level planning and design of future industries,strengthen the input of future industrial innovation factors,improve the transformation efficiency of future industrial technological innovation achievements,and create high-quality future technology application scenarios to further improve the efficiency of transforming future industrial innovation achievements.
