探究企业如何在数字化时代保持良好的竞争优势并充分发挥自身动态能力,以实现流程再造的数字化转型具有重要意义。以尚品宅配为例,从动态能力视角进行探索性案例研究,对其数字化商业模式发展过程进行细致梳理,归纳提炼出其动态能力的虚拟生成能力、个性化需求捕捉与感知能力和物理实现能力的理论框架,证实了数字化对企业动态能力的影响。以期为数字化和动态能力两者间的关系找到实际案例佐证,从而为企业进行数字化转型提供实践启示。

It is of great significance to explore how enterprises can maintain a good competitive advantage in the digital era and give full play to their dynamic capabilities to realize the digital transformation of process reengineering.Taking Shangpin Home Delivery as an example,this paper conducts an exploratory case study from the perspective of dynamic capabilities,carefully sorts out the development process of its digital business model,summarizes and extracts the theoretical framework of its virtual generation capabilities,personalized demand capture and perception capabilities,and physical realization capabilities,and confirms the impact of digitalization on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises.In order to find practical cases to support the relationship between digitalization and dynamic capabilities,so as to provide practical inspiration for enterprises with digital transformation.
