低温钻井液体系研究现状

摘要 通过查阅文献,梳理总结近年来在低温地质环境(常年冻土、极地冰层、深海)下进行钻井勘探时所使用的抗低温钻井液类型。依据所使用的抗冻剂不同将其归纳为三大类型:以盐类、醇类等为主的水基钻井液;以石油类、硅油类等为主的油基钻井液;以各类单酯、脂肪酸酯为主的酯基钻井液。对相关钻井液研究现状及优缺点进行讨论,并对低温钻井液未来发展方向提出建议。 Through literature review,this study summarizes the types of low-temperature resistant drilling fluids used in drilling exploration in low-temperature geological environments(including permafrost,polar ice sheets and deep sea)in recent years.According to the different antifreeze agents used,these fluids can be categorized into three types:water-based drilling fluids primarily composed of salts and alcohols,oil-based drilling fluids primarily composed of petroleum and silicone oil,and ester-based drilling fluids mainly composed of various monoesters and fatty acid esters.The research status,advantages and disadvantages of these drilling fluids are discussed,and recommendations for the future development direction of low temperature drilling fluids are put forward.
