江苏油田套管开窗侧钻井“一趟钻”技术

摘要 开窗侧钻井由于井眼尺寸小,设备、工具受限,实现“一趟钻”面临着更大挑战。通过分析侧钻井地质工程难点,开展“一趟钻”关键技术与工具研究。优化PDC钻头刀翼布局和流道的线性设计,增强钻头工具面稳定性及防泥包特性;优化螺杆设计,延长螺杆的使用寿命,提高输出功率,有利于提升水力清洁效果和轨迹调整的效率,确保“一趟钻”的实现。通过应用“一趟钻”钻井技术,7口井实现侧钻一趟钻完钻,钻井周期缩短90.2%。结果表明,江苏油田套管开窗侧钻井“一趟钻”技术能顺利实施,且提速效果显著,可为国内侧钻井提速提效提供有益的借鉴。 One-trip drilling technology for lateral well drilling with casing window faces greater challenges due to the samll welbore size and limitations on equipments and tools.To achieve“one-trip drilling,”research has been conducted on key technologies and tools by analyzing the geological and engineering difficulties in lateral well drilling.The linear design of PDC cutter layout and flow channels has been optimized to enhance stability and anti-balling characteristics of the drilling tools.Screw design has also been optimized to prolong the lifespan and increase output power,which improves hydraulic cleaning and trajectory adjustment efficiency,ensuring the realization of“one-trip drilling”.By applying the one-trip drilling technology,seven wells in Jiangsu Oilfield have achieved completion of lateral drilling in a single run,resulting in a 90.2%reduction in drilling time.Our results demonstrate that the one-trip drilling technology for lateral drilling with casing window in Jiangsu Oilfield can be smoothly implemented with significant acceleration effects,providing valuable references for improving speed and efficiency in domestic lateral drilling operations.
