X采油厂聚驱压裂阶段设计方法及应用

摘要 近年来,聚合物驱油已成为稳产的重要技术手段,受聚合物黏度高、聚驱后厚油层内纵向上非均质性严重和平面上剩余油分布零散等因素影响,有必要制定对应的个性化压裂方案。通过分析X厂近几年聚驱压裂情况,针对不同注聚阶段剩余油特点,执行对应压裂配砂方案。配套形成了针对聚驱空白水驱、含水下降期、低值期、回升期各阶段适用的压裂技术,形成了简便易行的不同注聚阶段参数个性化设计原则,即25~40 m 4个层级的压裂半缝长规模。该方案较好地满足了聚驱开发需求,符合油田精细化开发需要。 In recent years,polymer flooding has become an important technique for stable oil production.Due to factors such as high polymer viscosity,severe vertical heterogeneity within thick oil reservoirs after polymer flooding,and scattered distribution of remaining oil in the plane,it is necessary to develop corresponding personalized fracturing plans.This article analyzes the polymer flooding and fracturing situation of X Oil Production in recent years.Then,corresponding fracturing schemes are implemented based on the characteristics of remaining oil at different polymer injection stages.This forms a set of fracturing technologies applicable to various stages of polymer flooding and fracturing,including blank water flooding,water cut decline period,low-value period,and recovery period,and establishes a convenient and feasible principle for personalized design of parameters at different polymer injection stages,with a half-fracture length scale of 25~40 m in four levels.The research satisfactorily meets the development needs of polymer flooding and is in line with the requirements of fine development of the oilfield.
