小组式知识-信念-行为健康宣教对胃溃疡患者疾病知信行水平、自我管理能力、生活质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究小组式知识-信念-行为健康宣教对胃溃疡患者疾病知信行水平、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月医院收治的103例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组患者52例和对照组患者51例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者除常规护理外还进行小组式知识-信念-行为健康宣教。对比两组患者护理干预前、干预后40 d患者的疾病知信行水平、自我管理能力和生活质量的变化。结果护理干预后,观察组患者知信行水平优于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的遵医嘱行为、自我心理调节情况、每天定时锻炼情况以及健康习惯评分高于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡患者进行小组式知识-信念-行为健康宣教,可提高知信行,改善自我管理能力,促进生活质量的提升。 Objective To explore the effect of group-based knowledge-attitude-practice health education on disease knowledge-attitude-practice level,self-management ability,life quality of gastric ulcer patients.Methods To select 103 gastric ulcer patients admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 as the research subjects,they were divided into an observation group of 52 patients and a control group of 51 patients based on the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups.Patients in the control group received routine care,while patients in the observation group received group knowledge-attitude-practice health education in addition to routine care.The changes in disease knowledge,self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients before the nursing intervention and 40 days after the intervention.Results After nursing intervention, the knowledge-attitude-practice level in the observation group was better thanthat in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patientsin the observation group had higher scores on doctor-compliant behavior, self-psychological adjustment, regulardaily exercise and health habits than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups werestatistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the quality of life score in the observation group washigher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group-based knowledge-attitude-practice health education for gastric ulcer patients can improveknowledge-attitude-practice, improve self-management ability, and promote the improvement of quality of life.
