摘要 目的探讨Seminar联合以案例为中心的案例教学法(CBT)在胸外科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月在河南省某三级甲等医院胸外科实习的86名护生作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料具有可比性的原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各43名。对照组实施传统教学法,观察组实施Seminar联合CBT教学法。两组护生均给予4节课时的教学,每周1节课时。比较两组教学后护生对教学方法的应用效果评价、教学满意程度和教学前后护生的考核成绩、自我导向学习能力、批判性思维能力、沟通能力、学习积极主动性评分。结果教学后观察组护生护生理论成绩、操作成绩、批判性思维能力、沟通能力、学习积极主动性评分,以及人际关系技能、学习评价、学习行为、学习策略、学习意识评分和自我导向学习能力总分均高于对照组。教学后观察组护生教学满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后观察组护生对教学方法各方面的评价持肯定态度且肯定率均超过75.00%。结论Seminar联合CBT教学模式应用在胸外科实习护生教学中可有效提升护生的批判性思维能力、沟通能力,并促进护生学习积极主动性的提高,提高护生的理论及操作考核成绩,有利于其自我导向学习能力水平的提升,且该教学方法的应用肯定度和教学满意程度较高。 Objective To discuss the application effect of Seminar combined with case-based teaching(CBT)in the teaching of thoracic surgery intern nursing students.Methods To select 86 nursing students who interned in the thoracic surgery department of a tertiary A hospital in Henan province from January 2021 to June 2022 as the research subjects,they were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups,with 43 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received Seminar combined CBT teaching methods.Both groups of nursing students were given 4 class hours of teaching,with 1 class hour per week.Compare the evaluation of the application effect of teaching methods,satisfaction with teaching,assessment scores,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,communication ability,and learning initiative scores of two groups of nursing students before and after teaching.Results After teaching,the observation group's nursing students scored higher in theoretical performance,operational performance,critical thinking ability,communication ability,learning initiative,as well as interpersonal skills,learning evaluation,learning behavior,learning strategies,learning awareness,and the total score of self-directed learning ability than the control group.The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group after teaching was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the observation group of nursing students held a positive attitude towards the evaluation of various aspects of teaching methods,with a positive rate of over 75.00%.Conclusion The application of Seminar combined with CBT teaching mode in the teaching of thoracic surgery internship nursing students can effectively improve their critical thinking ability and communication ability,and promote the improvement of their learning initiative,improve their theoretical and operational assessment results,which is conducive to the improvement of their self-directed learning ability level.Moreover,the application affi rmation and teaching satisfaction of this teaching method are high.
