摘要 为了便于充电机维修测试设备投入市场后的系统更新和设备维护,利用IAP技术设计了一款微信小程序用于设备的固件远程升级。该程序先通过手机网络使用TCP协议从云端将固件下载至本地,再通过蓝牙连接单片机进行数据传输,然后单片机将接收到的固件数据写入到预先分配的Flash地址,实现测试设备固件的远程升级。该OTA框架支持应用改进和漏洞修复以及数据的联网更新。此外,小程序本身还能实时监控测试设备的电源、负载等信息,并针对不同充电机的不同协议需求,提供在线CAN协议更新功能。最后,实验验证了程序的实用性和系统的可行性。 In order to facilitate the system update and equipment maintenance after the charger mainte⁃nance test equipment is put into the market,a WeChat applet is designed using IAP technology for the remote firmware upgrade of the equipment.The program first downloads firmware from the cloud to the local through the mobile network using TCP protocol,and then connects the microcontroller through Bluetooth for data transmission.Then the microcontroller writes the received firmware data to the pre-assigned Flash address to realize the remote upgrade of the firmware of the test device.The OTA framework supports application improvement and vulnerability repair,as well as online update of data.In addition,the applet itself can also monitor the power supply,load and other information of the test equipment in real time,and provide online CAN protocol update function for different protocol re⁃quirements of different chargers.Finally,the experiment verifies the practicability of the program and the feasibility of the system.
