摘要
劳动教育是发挥劳动的育人功能,对学生进行热爱劳动、热爱劳动人民的教育活动。师范生的劳动教育旨在帮助学生树立正确的劳动观念、掌握必备的劳动能力、保持积极的劳动精神、养成良好的劳动习惯和品质,以便更好地教育下一代。为达到劳育目标及效果,师范院校应建立完善合理的师范生劳动素养评价体系,健全劳动素养评价的标准、程序与方法等,开展劳动教育的过程监测与记实评价。本文通过分析现阶段高校劳动素养评价体系存在的问题,提出了创建全过程的劳动教育手册、完善自我评价与小组评价机制、建立多维度的评价指标体系、创建三方联动互补的劳动素养评价模式等思路,为师范生劳动素养评价体系的完善提供理论支持。
Labor education is an educational activity that give play to the educative function of labor,and aims to cultivate students'love for labor and laborers.For normal students,it is designed to help them establish a correct view of labor,master essential labor skills,maintain a positive spirit of labor,and develop good labor habits and qualities,in order to better educate the next generation.In order to achieve the goals and effects of labor education,normal universities should establish a relatively complete and reasonable evaluation system of normal students'labor literacy,improve the standards,procedures and methods of the evaluation of labor literacy,and carry out the process monitoring and record evaluation of labor education.This article analyzes the problems existing in the current evaluation system of college students'labor literacy and proposes ideas such as creating a comprehensive labor education manual,improving self-evaluation and group evaluation mechanisms,establishing a multidimensional evaluation index system,and creating a tripartite collaborative and complementary evaluation model of labor literacy.These ideas offer theoretical backing for the enhancement of the evaluation system of normal students'labor literacy.
