对高校思想政治理论课青年骨干教师队伍建设的思考

高校思想政治理论课是对大学生开展思想政治与道德教育的主要途径,它是大学生“三观”的奠基工程,它在思想道德教育方面起着示范和引领作用。当前,随着新课程改革的深入,高校思想政治理论课的师资队伍发生了很大的变化,其特点是以青年教师为教学骨干力量。但是,青年教师队伍的发展有着多种形式的不足,需要认识思政课教师队伍存在的问题,找到青年骨干教师队伍建设的途径,以便更好地推进高校思想政治理论课教学质量的提升。

The ideological and political theory course is the main way to carry out ideological,political and moral education for college students.It is the foundation project of"three views"for college students,and it plays a demonstration and leading role in establishing moral and cultivating people.At present,with the deepening of the new curriculum reform,great changes have taken place in the teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,with young teachers as the teaching backbone.However,the development of the team of young teachers has many forms of deficiencies,it is necessary to understand the problems existing in the team of ideological and political teachers,and find ways to build the team of young backbone teachers,so as to better promote the improvement of the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
