Investigation of the Status Quo of Integrating Traditional Chinese Dietary Culture into College English Teaching

中华传统饮食文化是中国文化的瑰宝,对当代大学生的学习和生活有着重大的启示意义,将中华传统饮食文化与大学英语教学融合是一种新的教学尝试。通过采取问卷调查和访谈的方法来了解在大学英语教学中中华传统饮食文化的融入现状,并基于现状提出相应的教学策略,旨在提升大学英语教学效果,提高学生的中国传统饮食文化外宣能力,增强文化自信,推动高校英语教学改革的发展。

Chinese traditional dietary culture is the treasure of Chinese culture,which has great enlightenment on the learning and life of contemporary college students.It is a new teaching attempt to integrate Chinese traditional dietary culture with college English teaching.Through questionnaires and interviews,it explores the current situation of the integration of Chinese traditional food culture in college English teaching,and proposes corresponding teaching strategies based on the current situation,aiming to improve the effectiveness of English teaching,enhance students'ability to publicize traditional Chinese dietary culture,enhance cultural self-confidence,and promote the development of college English teaching reform.
